California Supreme Court To Decide Access To Data On Racial Composition of Law Schools

The California Supreme Court will hear oral arguments today in Sander v. State Bar of California.  Sander, a UCLA law professor, is seeking the data to test his theory that racial preferences in college admissions hurt minorities. (See The Atlantic's "The Painful Truth About Affirmative Action.")
