Wayne County 3rd Circuit Court: Qiana Lillard, an assistant Wayne County prosecuting attorney, has been appointed to succeed Judge Wendy Baxter who resigned, for a term expiring January 1, 2014. Charles S. Hegarty of Bodman PLC, has been appointed to succeed Judge Deborah Ross Adams, who was removed by the Michigan Supreme Court, for a term expiring January 1, 2015.
