A family court judge whose courtroom rant has been viewed almost a quarter of a million times on YouTube has been suspended for the balance of his term without pay. You'll be pleased to learn that the opinion of the West Virginia Supreme Court acknowledged that regulating the demeanor of a judge is a difficult task, "because judges are human and may occasionally display anger or annoyance, and lawyers and litigants sometimes incite judges." When the behavior looks like what you see in this video (note the remarkable composure of the attorney) presumably it's a little easier:
