On January 7th, the United States Supreme Court announced the impending retirement of its clerk of 22-years, William Suter. Now, the Michigan Supreme Court makes a similar announcement. Corbin Davis, clerk of the Court since 1974, is retiring. Chief Justice Robert P. Young saluted Davis's 40 years of dedicated service to the Court and expressed the Court's gratitude that Davis will give the Court the benefit of his experience during the transition period.
