Oh, Great. Something Else That Will Radically Alter How Law Is Practiced

Legal Whiteboard says "Predictive Coding is a Disruptive Innovation that will Change How Law is Practiced."  What's predictive coding, you ask? It's "the use of computer algorithms and machine learning to conduct the review of electronically stored information (ESI)."  Bottom line: algorithms and software engineers are smarter and more efficient than the associates in law firms who are grinding out the review now. And smarter and more efficient than any other human beings, for that matter.
