Update on Monroe Lawyer Car Bomb Case: "Sticking Point"

The AP is reporting that at a press conference today, federal authorities will say that while there are "persons of interest" no arrests have been made in last year's car bombing of Monroe attorney Eric Chappell and his two sons, and that the case has in fact reached a "sticking point." Chappell and both boys survived the attack, and last week Chappell was honored for his actions in saving his sons.
