Last week we reported on a former state attorney general for North Dakota, Nicholas Spaeth, who is suing MSU College of Law for age discrimination because he was not offered an interview for a teaching position. Spaeth, a Stanford Law grad, Rhodes Scholar, and former clerk for Byron White, is 61 years old. Turns out, ABA Journal reports, that Spaeth has also been passed over by more than 100 other law schools. He has brought EEOC charges against them all; over 30 of the complaints have already been dismissed.
