Five Year License Suspension For Criticizing Federal Judges And State Supreme Court?
ABA Journal reports on a controversial Pennsylvania lawyer who is protesting that the 5-year license suspension order issued this week by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is in retaliation for his charge that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is corrupt. Donald Bailey (a Michigan alum but Duquesne Law grad) is a former Congressman and Pennsylvania auditor general.
