The Judicial Tenure Commission has filed a complaint with 26 charges against Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Morrow.The complaint alleges, among other things, that Judge Morrow repeatedly failed to follow state sentencing guidelines, failed to remand a felon convicted of first degree criminal sexual conduct against a minor under the age of 13 to jail to await sentencing, and failed to properly record court proceedings.
