Wall Street Journal and Chamber of Commerce Battle Over Secrecy of Business Arbitration in Delaware

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has gone to battle with major newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, over a Delaware court procedure whereby Delaware's vaunted Court of Chancery arbitrates business disputes behind closed doors.
