Negligent Infliction Of Emotional Seam Stress

153727041A bride sued a seamstress because the zipper of her wedding dress split at the cocktail reception an hour before her wedding. (She paid two hotel housekeepers $200 to sew her into the dress in time for the wedding, but the maneuver  prevented her from using the restroom for six hours. Query: not the Spanx?)

A New York judge awarded her $1,500 in damages.
