Among legal blogs, Webtechlaw's "The Facebookification of Instagram's Terms of Use" has an explanation of all the changes, and promises a more detailed review. Its conclusion? "Very odd."
Apparently, this is the week for Instagram to be under the media microscope. The NYT story "Disruptions: Instagram Testimony Doesn’t Add Up" looks at the testimony of Instagram's CEO last August at a hearing of the California Corporations Department to determine if Facebook’s acquisition of the photo sharing service was in the best interest of Instagram's investors, and suggests something is fishy.
