The Governor is seeking applications for qualified members of the bar to fill vacancies in the 40th Circuit Court, Lapeer County, and 5th District Court, Berrien County. The application deadline for both seats is January 16, 2012. Please be aware that you must reside within the judicial district to be appointed. Along with the application, you must submit a copy of your resume to Office of the Governor, Legal Division, 111 S. Capitol Avenue, P.O. Box 30013, Lansing, Michigan 48909.
