Ed Wesolowski at MiLW Blog has an amusing post about a legal fracas between a Druid poet and a Jackson Community College instructor over whether the Druid is welcome at poetry readings. Spoiler alert: federal judge Robert Cleland has sent the Druid back to the drawing boards for, in effect, failure to state a claim.
