ABA Journal reports that a former partner is the lead plaintiff in a $200 million class action lawsuit filed on Monday against Greenberg Traurig (GT) claiming that the firm's women lawyers are discriminated against by a “boys club” that hogs origination credit, excludes women from client pitches, and favors men in work assignments. GT prioritizes, pays and promotes women who have intimate relationships with firm leaders or who acquiesce to sexualized stereotypes.
