A Louisiana attorney who charged a client with Huntington's disease the same hourly fee for both legal and non-legal services, such as driving him around and assisting in moving household belongings, has been given a two-year suspension, and ordered to pay restitution. A dissent from the Louisiana Supreme Court order would find the sanction, as well as the fees, excessive.
