Remember the story from December of 2010 and beyond about the Michigan man charged in Oakland County with hacking into his estranged wife's email? (It was a hot topic in legal blogs for a while for raising interesting legal issues.) The hacking charge was dropped this week because prosecutors discovered that the man's now ex-wife has "unclean hands." Turns out, according to this MLive story, that she read some text messages on his cell phone. As nasty things that divorcing people do to one another go, these actions seem like, well, two of them.
