Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against 3 Presidential Candidates and 4M of Their Closest Friends

A Hollywood patent attorney and inventor is suing Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, and about 4 million FaceBook business account holders for infringing his U.S. patent no. 7,644,122.  The complaint claims that the FaceBook business account defendants infringe the patent of Hollywood patent attorney and inventor Frank Weyer and his partner by the use their patented method for creating individual home pages for members of a group of members that contain controls for sending messages to and for submitting comments about the members.
