Breaking: Eastern District Federal Judge Strikes Down Project-Labor Agreement Ban

U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts has ruled that Public Act 98 of 2011, Michigan's new law banning state and local governments from considering whether a bid on a construction project comes from a firm using unionized or nonunionized workers, interferes with the National Labor Relations Act. The case is Case No. 11-cv-13520.
