A men's room in Harvard Law School's newly-opened Wasserstein Hall stands out for bon-ness of its mot: it's the Falik Men's Room, in recognition the gift of alum William A. Falik. Above the Law has the news, "True Story: Harvard Law Sells Naming Rights to Its New Bathrooms, and A Berkeley Law Professor Couldn't Be Happier." A follow-up describes an amusing trash can donor plaque at BYU Law. I have a soft spot for this story, given that no wealthy donor was available to renovate the habitually-flooding women's bathroom in the basement of Hutchens Hall when I was there. Bless the donors who make law school just a little bit more pleasant than it would otherwise be.
