Dueling Cooley Law School Lawsuits Are Michigan-on-Michigan Affair

Media attention has focused, appropriately, on the substance of the lawsuit filed last month against New York law firm Kurzon Strauss by Cooley Law School, and on the substance of Kurzon Strauss's class action suit filed this week against Cooley.  Lost in the big picture, however, is the interesting detail that two of the lead attorneys representing the parties -- Miller Canfield's Michael Coakley for Cooley, and Kurzon Strauss's David Anziska -- are University of Michigan Law School grads.
