U.S. Supreme Court October Calendar Announced: One Michigan Case

The United States Supreme Court announced its calendar for its opening session in October.  One Michigan case, Michigan v Bryant, will be argued.  A second case, Snyder v Phelps, implicates the constitutionality of state laws, including Michigan's, regulating picketing at funerals.
