In its first decision on the application of its new disqualification rule, the Michigan Supreme Court unanimously has denied Geoffrey Fieger's motion for the disqualification of Justices Corrigan, Markman, and Young to hear Pellegrino v Ampco. Justice Corrigan and Justice Young did not participate in the decision.
